One of our practical examples had improved to greeting to our customer as Good morning, how may I assist you instead of Good morning, how may I help you. Firstly all of staff are too shy to greet and reply on their replay but we have trained them and encourage them to improve technique and own brand of answering style among the hotels in town.
Almost I have share and encourage mind to improve as You did a good job.
