General Meeting: especially for all of Head of Departments week a head of the meeting such as Food & Beverage Manager, Chef, Chief Accountant, Guest Services Manager, Reservation Manager, Housekeeper, Chief Engineer and Sales & Marketing Manager.

a) Meeting with small group who is concerning Head of Department one week a head, range of functions and number of participants, explain details of their requirements. What is their aim to do a meeting in our hotel!
b) Distribute details of your action plan to concerning Department
c) Explaining about special concession
d) Write in details about dcor about flower arrangement and clothing to Housekeeper, lighting to Maintenance Department to get good reputation
e) Passing message of Meal planning to F & B Services and remind for the range of staff activities
f) Reviewing 3 days a head to making sure from the above assignments
