I liked the article very much but would like to know what type of incentive can you offer to the Reservation Agents. Usually they work close to the Front Office team and the fact that they get a comission and the Reservation staff does not might lead to problems.

It was very nice article to read for the "Successful Front Office Up sell Incentive programs".
I am the one playing role for upsell in my department and I was so pleased to read and do agree of your points are effective role for Front Offices activities. As we knows that all member of Front Office staff are as Indirect Sales Department. If we have trained them and let them know all of our products, they might have scan to our customers upon arrival then we will get good expectation as well satisfaction from our Customers. As my role I have to treat them to get good motivation and not let them think about their benefit as well I have trained with small group to explain the procedures of dos and donts. I have gained guests comment of our up sell rooms procedure however I have to learn more from your articles that How am I necessary to improving our standard.
