MGM Resorts International (NYSE: MGM) today announced that Gregory 'Greg' Spierkel has accepted an invitation to join the Company's Board of Directors. He was elected to his new post by the Board during its meeting on Tuesday.

In his new role, Bossingham will be responsible for AGS' U.S. operations, including manufacturing, service and installation, call center, sales and marketing.

In this position, Calame will oversee all aspects of the hotel operations, as well as the maximization of guest satisfaction, financial performance and staff development.

The strategic review determined that the most promising direction and greatest opportunity for the Company will be in 'medical tourism.'

In the newly-created position that will report to Jim Murren, Chairman & CEO of MGM Resorts International, Hornbuckle will assume expanded responsibility to include Gaming Development.
